“I am Sophie and I founded Delta Structural in 2020. I have over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. I graduated in 2004 and I’ve worked for both Engineering Consultants and Structural Steel Contractors.
I became a Chartered member of the Institute of Structural Engineers in 2014. My passion is problem solving and coming up with economic solutions for all sorts of engineering challenges. I have been responsible for a huge variety of construction projects from new roller coaster foundations to an award winning 7 storey steel frame at East Sussex College.
I specialise in structural steel design and use a variety of different design software to help me produce economic calculation packages for my clients.
I pride myself on providing modern style, good quality calculation packages that are easy for other construction professionals to understand.”
